Reason: Due to he knows all of his SOPs of by hart. I have been with him for the past days and he has show how good of a Sergeant he is. when it comes to dealing with people and training, he knows what his is doing this is why, Creature Xen should be promoted to 2nd LT. So I think he will be a good addition to the department command.

2md :lutentant is to far if possable wait another day or to and ask for a lower rank and it may be considered.

Void by State Command



As a Corporal you have no Authorization To Promote someone,even if you were Department Command you can't promote someone to Chief Sergeant Unless authorised by State Command+
Another Thing Only High Command can place down a Promotion Report.
